Kilbury Construction Ltd. was founded by Managing Director, Colin Westbury, in the year 2000 and has grown to be a well established family run Chartered Building Company, undertaking work up to the value of £750,000.

Our special works department handles work ranging from home and garden repairs and maintenance to the erection of a new home or extension.  Our major works department focuses on larger dwellings, offices and commercial property.  Our aim is to provide a professional and personal service on a “one stop shop” basis for all the projects we undertake and to the exacting high standards the Chartered Institute requires.

During 2008, Kilbury Construction Ltd. gained gold standard accreditation with Exor. Accreditation is a process in which certification of competency, viability and compliance with legal requirements and current codes of practice is presented.

Exor uses a set of risk management standards that have been developed over the past ten years to become the accepted criteria for prequalification for all of their public sector clients. A business with Exor accreditation is known to be financially stable, compliant with legislation relevant to the work carried out by the business, and reliable, with a trading history checked by the sourcing of independent references.

Kilbury Construction Ltd. are also members of the Contractor Health and Safety assessment scheme (CHAS) which provides contractors and employers alike with a list of members who have demonstrated they can adequately manage health and safety and makes sure a company is compliant with important parts of health and safety law.

Our maxim reflects the company ethos “no problems – just solutions”. We will endeavour to provide solutions, both technical and cost effective, to bring the project to a successful conclusion.
